  • We deliver across Bangladesh.

  • Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Product Accuracy

  • We strive to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions.

  • Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric materials.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs are property of Zentro Gallery.

  • Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Zentro Gallery is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Use products at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

  • This policy is governed by Bangladeshi law.

১. অর্ডার (Orders)

  • সব অর্ডার প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

  • দাম আগাম নোটিশ ছাড়া পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

২. পেমেন্ট (Payment)

  • পেমেন্ট শিপমেন্টের আগে সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।

  • আমরা Cash on Delivery (COD) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি (যদি থাকে)।

৩. ডেলিভারি (Delivery)

  • সারাদেশে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

  • ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক; কিছু ক্ষেত্রে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৪. পণ্যের সঠিকতা (Product Accuracy)

  • পণ্যের ছবি, রঙ ও বিবরণ যতটা সম্ভব সঠিক দেখানোর চেষ্টা করি।

  • স্ক্রিন সেটিংস বা কাপড়ের ধরনের কারণে ছোটখাটো পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

৫. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)

  • সব ছবি, ডিজাইন ও কন্টেন্ট Zentro Gallery-এর সম্পত্তি।

  • অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার বা বিতরণ নিষিদ্ধ।

৬. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা (Limitation of Liability)

  • Zentro Gallery সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

  • পণ্য ব্যবহারের দায় ব্যবহারকারীর উপর।

৭. আইনগত শাসন (Governing Law)

  • এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
