Zentro Gallery is committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Products must be checked at the time of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to change of mind.

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items identified at the time of delivery.

১. ফেরত (Return)

পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য।

ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য অবশ্যই চেক করতে হবে।

পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজে থাকতে হবে।

মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

কাস্টম বা ব্যক্তিগতভাবে তৈরি পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
২. রিফান্ড (Refund)

ফেরত প্রাপ্ত পণ্য যাচাইয়ের পর ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে।

টাকা মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতেই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
৩. এক্সচেঞ্জ (Exchange)

শুধুমাত্র ড্যামেজ বা ভুল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, যা ডেলিভারির সময় শনাক্ত হবে, এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
